1. Complete the Intake Form (Required First Step)

Before anything else, you’ll complete our quick Intake Form.

This form asks for:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • The documents you need prepared
  • Your deadline
  • Uploads of any letters, screenshots, or evidence

This helps us check that your case is suitable for document preparation and determine the correct fixed fee.

2. Optional Pre-Payment Call (Complex Cases Only)

For more complex or high-volume cases, we may offer a short, optional call (around 10–15 minutes) before payment.


This call is not legal or tax advice.
Its purpose is simply to:

  • Understand the administrative task
  • Clarify what documents you need prepared
  • Check the scope and complexity
  • Ensure we can deliver what you need within your deadline
     

This step ensures accuracy, speed, and clear expectations before any work begins.

3. Sign the Waiver (Required Before Any Work)

Before any work begins, you’ll complete a quick Waiver & Service Agreement confirming:

  • We provide document preparation only
  • We do not offer legal or tax advice
  • You supply all information and documents
  • You remain responsible for your case and decisions

This keeps the service simple, clear and fully compliant.

4. Fixed-Fee Payment

Once the waiver is completed, you’ll receive a fixed-fee Stripe payment link with a quote for the service you need:

4. Upload Your Documents

After payment, you’ll receive a link to upload everything needed:

Everything is kept fully confidential and organised.

5. We Prepare Your Documents
