These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Claim Support Co Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Service (Important)

Claim Support Co provides document preparation and administrative support only.

We do not:

• Give legal advice 
• Give tax advice
• Represent you
• Provide strategic guidance
• Comment on the merits or strength of your case
• Advise you what to argue or submit
   

You remain fully responsible for your case, decisions, legal strategy, submissions, and deadlines.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information and documents you provide are accurate and complete
• You understand that we prepare documents based solely on your instructions
• You will review all drafts before submitting them
• You remain responsible for filing, submitting or delivering documents to any authority
• You will not rely on us for legal or tax advice
   

3. Waiver & Service Agreement

You must sign our Waiver & Service Agreement before we begin any work.
We will not proceed without it.

This confirms your understanding that the service is administrative only.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Work begins only after payment is received.

Fees are fixed-fee unless otherwise stated.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started or documents have been delivered.

5. Document Uploads & Communication

You are responsible for providing:

• All required documents
• Deadlines
• Clear instructions
   

We are not liable for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.

6. Amendments

Minor amendments to drafted documents are included in the fixed fee.
Significant re-writes or new instructions may incur additional charges.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Outcomes of claims
• Decisions by HMRC, courts, or other authorities
• Acceptance of documents
• Processing times
   

Our role is limited to preparing documents based on the material you provide.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for errors in the information you provide 
• We are not liable for decisions made by any authority
• We are not liable for losses arising from your case, deadlines, or decisions
• Our liability is strictly limited to the fee you paid for the service
   

9. Confidentiality

We treat all documents and information with strict confidentiality and do not share them with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., Jotform, Stripe).

10. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time, including cases that require legal/tax advice or fall outside our permitted scope.
